SoloPower Receives $197 Million Loan Guarantee from U.S. DOE to Build Thin Film PV Module Facilities

SoloPower, a San Jose, CA-based manufacturer of flexible thin film solar cells and modules, has received a $197 million loan guarantee from the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Loan Programs Office.
